FDR00: I am currently using pavucontrol but it does not integrate with TDE (No tray icon or keybindings)

FDR00: if I change Pulseaudio output, KMix would not refresh, it would keep controlling the previously set sink

agneli: ach one point to my test, after intalling pulseaudio on that machine (a bti old I admit) nothing works, neither kmix, nor alsamix or pavucontrol :)

FDR00: problem is that on Gentoo pulseaudio is in the Desktop profile (eselect profile I mean)

FDR00: if I switch profile I need to add many things manually to the USE flags

agneli: shit I was right, i am now in a machine that has tde AND pulseaudio and I can see KMix managing pulseaudio

agneli: so he has something screwed up on his system...
