[00:08]limaru: Hey there! :)
[00:09]limaru: I've installed Trinity today on my old laptop because I was looking for something beautiful away from all the flatness and damn, I did absolutely fall in love with it.
[00:09]limaru: Don't know why more people aren't using/contributing to it. This is a great experience.

[15:30]yang2: limaru: nice !
[15:30]limaru: Yeah! I have been translating some stuff to my native language too today to give back a bit.
[15:30]limaru: :)
[15:30]limaru: Currently setting up Amarok.
[15:42]yang2: great !
[15:42]yang2: I am positivelly surprise that it works nicely on a vintage machine, I am using old MIPS laptop
[15:46]limaru: It does. I'm on Arch Linux, too, which isn't one of the most supported distros by TDE
[15:46]limaru: It's an Acer Aspire 7738G from 2008 or 2009, and it works flawlessly (except for annoying little bugs like the Amarok default scripts all being borked)
[15:47]limaru: that said; do you know where I can find a volume control button for the systray, or an applet for the panel? It's not included by default which is a nuisance.
[15:48]limaru: I'm willing to compile one too from the TDE git with CMake (did that today for the first time woo) if I have to
[16:24]yang2: limaru: I don't know, I have one which works by default
[16:30]yang2: limaru: https://transfer.sh/4VCl1T/desktop1.png
[16:30]yang2: actually there are 2 buttons
[16:30]yang2: for volume
[16:31]yang2: try package "tdeaddons" maybe ?
[16:32]limaru: yang2 i have that installed but there is no volume mixer button in the applet choice :S
[16:32]yang2: hmmm
[16:32]yang2: I don't know
[16:32]yang2: I am a new trinity user
[16:33]yang2: did you try to add it from the drop down applets menu? I am guessing it's not in there?
[16:33]yang2: applets/widgets

[17:03]limaru: Sorry yang2 for going offline, my laptop overheated and I let it cool down
[17:09]limaru: To answer your question, it's not in the "Add applet to panel" menu that I can access by right clicking the panel
