[11:25] | Slávek: Hi Greg, for you works access to https://trinitydesktop.org/ ? |
[11:28] | cethyel: it does work for me |
[11:29] | cethyel: are you having connection trouble? |
[11:37] | Slávek: Yes, unavailable from all - from my machine, from my work server and also from VPS. |
[11:38] | Slávek: Thank you for verifying it's not a global outage. |
[11:39] | Slávek: I will now be offline for some time, about an hour. |

[12:25] | Slávek: After almost clock unavailability, my connection to tde-box was restored. |
[12:26] | Slávek: ...almost an hour... |
[12:34] | cethyel: @tde-guidance, It's the first time I see pyc files, Bing tells me It's byte-code compiled by the Python Interpreter in order to load python modules, but when I build tde-guidance with my scripts I get those pyc files installed, when I use dpkg with your packages I don't get them (unless I've missed them somewhere) so my questions is should I build those pyc files with cmake or everything is made after the first use? --> meaning I don't include those files into the cmake conversion and they will be generated once the package is installed |
[12:34] | Slávek: pyc files should not to be a part of packages or sources. |
[12:35] | cethyel: so they are generated on the system for the first use |
[12:35] | Slávek: these files are usually renerated at runtime. |
[12:36] | cethyel: ok that makes me TDE life easier \m/ |
[12:37] | Slávek: (Y) |
