I'm asking you this because I'm having a look at knetload right now (reported as non functional on Debian but It does work on Slackware, albeit like knemo we have to set It up properly, here the scale of the incoming/outcoming data rate)

[13:11]cethyel: some testing is needed on Deb... with the correct settings before, because I don't anything in the code that can mess things up with the name of the cards, eth0 and so on, those are enclosed by a conditional if related to non Linux systems
[13:16]cethyel: @amarok cleaning is on my TODO list but I have planned to do that work the last 2 months before the release, I though doing the cleaning at the end of a dev cycle does not include code change at the last moment before the releasing

[13:30]cethyel: I've added a usb wifi card, it got registered as wlan0, Knetload does see It (did not test the data workflow though) so the code to look for network cards works and the apps did not freeze once I switched to wlan0 for monitoring
